Welcome to Still Waters Wellness
My name is Savannah and I am so glad you are here.
Still Waters Wellness was created as an intentional space for rest, restoration, mindful movement, and compassionate care. Rooted in therapeutic yoga-inspired wellness practices, this space is designed to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and whole-person wellbeing through movement, breath, meditation, restorative practices, and intentional connection.
My hope is to create experiences that help individuals slow down, reconnect with themselves, and embrace the healing potential already within them. Whether through private sessions, classes, breathwork, sound experiences, or restorative practices, each offering is approached with care, presence, and respect for the uniqueness of every individual’s journey.
As an Army Veteran, yoga teacher at Studio Enso, breathwork facilitator, mother, and yoga therapy student, my journey has given me a deep appreciation for resilience, personal growth, and the power of compassionate support.
Through my own experiences, I have come to value practices that help us slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and navigate life's challenges with greater awareness and ease. This passion inspires the work I do through Still Waters Wellness and my commitment to creating safe, welcoming spaces where individuals feel supported exactly as they are.
I am currently completing advanced yoga therapy training and look forward to thoughtfully integrating yoga therapy services upon completion of my formal education and clinical training. Until then, Still Waters Wellness remains committed to offering ethical, educational, and therapeutic yoga-inspired wellness services within my current scope of practice.

I served 13½ years as an officer in the United States Army, completing my military service with the rank of Major. As an Army Aviation Officer and UH-60 Black Hawk pilot, I served in leadership and operational roles including Battalion Executive Officer, Battalion Operations Officer (S3), two Company Commands, and Program Director for the Army Aviation Basic Officer Leader Course.
I hold a Master of Science in Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Central Michigan University, as well as a Master of Operational Studies from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
Following my military service, I chose to focus on building my family while pursuing my passion for yoga and the transformative health benefits of the time-honored practices of yogic tradition. Those experiences continue to shape the way I lead—with integrity, thoughtful preparation, compassion, and a commitment to helping others thrive.
As a Christian, I approach Still Waters Wellness as an act of service and stewardship. I strive to glorify God through love, integrity, compassion, and humility. My faith is the foundation of my life and shapes the way I seek to care for others with professionalism, kindness, and respect.
The name Still Waters Wellness was inspired by Psalm 23, a passage that has long reminded me that I never walk alone. Through every season of life, I find comfort in knowing that the Lord walks beside me, offering guidance, peace, and strength. The image of being led beside still waters reflects the spirit of rest, restoration, and renewal that I hope to cultivate through this work.
My prayer is that Still Waters Wellness serves as a compassionate space where individuals feel supported, cared for, and encouraged as they reconnect with themselves and move toward greater wellbeing.
While my Christian faith is deeply personal, Still Waters Wellness warmly welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences. Every person is treated with compassion, dignity, respect, and wholehearted care.

While Savannah may incorporate gentle sound elements into select wellness experiences, she collaborates with Susie, founder of Studio Enso and Held in Sound, for dedicated sound therapy and sound bath offerings.
Susie's sound experiences are thoughtfully designed to support relaxation, restoration, and nervous system regulation through the use of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments. Her compassionate presence and extensive experience create a welcoming environment for individuals seeking deep rest and renewal.
Together, Savannah and Susie offer collaborative Therapeutic Yoga & Sound experiences that combine personalized therapeutic yoga practices with immersive sound experiences.
Savannah is deeply grateful for Susie's mentorship, friendship, and unwavering support throughout her wellness and yoga therapy journey. Their collaboration reflects a shared commitment to creating accessible, compassionate spaces where individuals can rest, restore, reconnect, and experience the healing potential already within them.
